HeadEase-feverfew and willow bark
HeadEase is my foundational blend for people who struggle with headaches.
It supports inflammation, circulation, and tension patterns that commonly show up with head pain.
This tincture is designed for those who experience recurring headaches, tension-related discomfort, or early migraine patterns and want a natural, functional alternative to over-the-counter pain relievers.
Rather than masking symptoms, HeadEase works with the body’s inflammatory and circulatory pathways to help calm pain signaling and ease tension as it builds.
Herbs & How They Support
Feverfew
Traditionally used for migraine and headache patterns, feverfew supports inflammatory balance and may help reduce the frequency and intensity of head pain.
Willow Bark
Provides natural pain relief and anti-inflammatory support, particularly helpful for tension-related headaches and discomfort linked to muscle tightness.
Who This Blend Is For
• Frequent or recurring headaches
• Tension headaches related to stress or muscle tightness
• Early migraine patterns
• Those wanting a natural alternative to OTC pain relievers
Suggested Use
• 30–60 drops (1–2 dropperfuls) at the first sign of head discomfort
• May be used every 4–6 hours as needed
Can be taken directly or in a small amount of water.
Some headaches are driven more by stress, nervous system overload, or nerve irritation.
In those cases, I may recommend a thoughtful adjustment after review to ensure safety and the best fit for your pattern.
Safety Notes
Avoid if:
• pregnant
• taking blood thinners
• allergic to aspirin (willow bark)
Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery.
