Spa sessions combine science-backed therapies with a calming, private environment designed to support lymph drainage, detoxification, stress relief, inflammation recovery, and whole-body renewal. Every session offers a peaceful moment to reconnect with yourself — while supporting deep wellness from the inside out.
***My favorite way to enjoy is doing all three modalities in one session. It takes about 1.5 hours ***

SAUNA SESSION
Settle into the warmth of a private cedar sauna designed to soothe muscles, melt away tension, and encourage gentle detoxification — all at your own pace. The electric heat warms the body deeply while the natural aroma of cedar creates a grounding, calming atmosphere for the nervous system.

30–45 minute session in a cozy cedar sauna room with soft lighting and peaceful energy.
Sauna temperature increases gradually over time, allowing your body to ease in comfortably. If you are heat-sensitive, we recommend entering 10–15 minutes after the sauna begins warming.
How it Helps: The combination of heat and sweating supports circulation, lymphatic flow, immune function, metabolic activity, and deep relaxation — leaving you feeling lighter, looser, calmer, and renewed.

IONIC FOOT DETOX BATH
Ionic Foot Bath Session Sit back, relax, and let the ions do the work. The ionic foot bath helps draw out toxins through the reflex points of the feet while supporting circulation, lymph flow, and pH balance. Many clients report feeling lighter, less puffy, more relaxed, mentally clearer, and having a better night’s sleep afterward.
Perfect For: • chemical/toxin exposure • chronic illness • lymphatic sluggishness • brain fog • autoimmune flare patterns • swelling • stagnant energy
What to Expect: A warm mineral foot bath infused with a gentle ionic charge for 30 minutes,

RED LIGHT THERAPY
Red Light Therapy: A soothing 20–30 minute session that uses gentle red and near-infrared wavelengths to support cellular repair, collagen production, circulation, pain relief, and inflammation recovery. This therapy is deeply restorative to tissues, fascia, the nervous system, and the skin.
Perfect For: • chronic pain • joint stiffness • inflammation • skin health • scars • muscle recovery • hormone + thyroid support • mood + nervous system regulation
What to Expect: Comfortable positioning in a gentle red-light glow, often described as “the most relaxing nap without falling asleep.” Can be added on before or after sauna for enhanced results.
Benefits Build Over Time: Consistent sessions are linked to improved recovery, radiant skin, joint mobility, and deeper sleep.

Ideal if you prefer a quiet space, full privacy, deeper relaxation, and uninterrupted recovery time.
The entire spa room is reserved exclusively for you (and one guest if you choose to bring someone). No other clients will be booked during this time — perfect for nervous system support, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, or anyone who simply wants peace.
🔸 Semi-Private Sessions
Perfect for friends, couples, or anyone who enjoys shared energy and community wellness.
2–5 guests at a time. Book together to enjoy wellness time with the people you love — great for girls’ night, birthday outings, sisters, or self-care dates.
💌 If you’d like to book a party for more than 5 people, message me and we’ll create the perfect wellness evening for your group.
🔸 Standard (Open) Sessions
These sessions are unmarked and may include up to 5 clients at a time — first come, first served.
This is the most affordable option while still receiving the full therapeutic benefits of sauna, ionic detox, and/or red light therapy.
Space can comfortably hold 5 people without feeling crowded. Up to 8–10 people are possible for group events.
There are currently 2 ionic foot baths and 2 red-light units— clients may rotate during shared sessions if needed.
